Adaeze Obi
Born and raised in Surulere, Lagos, Adaeze Obi has been reshaping the global Afrobeats landscape since her 2018 debut. Known for weaving Yoruba proverbs into infectious rhythms backed by live percussion, she commands sold-out arenas across West Africa and Europe. Her latest project Lagos at Midnight debuted at #1 on three African charts simultaneously — and is already earning critical praise as the defining Afrobeats record of the decade.
